Honoring Speech by the legend Ethiopia's journalist Teklu Tabor.

Ethiopian First International Model and Actress Yeharerwerk Gashaw
 is honored over the popular Ethiopian traditional coffee and
 dinner ceremony at a Palace converted to a hotel, Ghion Hotel, in Addis Abeba,
 Ethiopia in August, 1990. Honoring Speech
 by the legend journalist Teklu Tabor. It was the first time for Ethiopian
 government owned  Minister of Information and its legend journalists
 to honor an Ethiopian patriot for her
contributions and humanitarian work to Ethiopia's cause.
The initiative to honor Yeharerwerk Gashaw, came from
Teklu Tabor a legend journalist and head of Ethiopian Press in 1990.

Ghion Hotel which is popularly known as "The Garden Palace Hotels
 of East Africa"  is situated in the heart of Addis Ababa
 in spacious verdant compound.

The hotel which occupies carefully restored buildings
dating back to 1950s, set in Tranquil
trees and Gardens filled with indigenous
Flora and bird life. The Ghion Hotel
has for years
distinguished itself as the hotel where heads
 of states or governments and
other very
 important persons stayed.
